Xbox 360 through Cable?
I have an xbox 360 and a computer that can run windows media center. I want to play the xbox 360 using the computers monitor but the computer and the monitor are the same thing. My best idea is to get the input from xbox 360 to my pc through the cable I use to get cable tv. Does anyone know if theres an adapter/cable to connect my xbox 360 to a regular cable tv cable? [VHF/UHF cable]
You want to convert the video output from your Xbox 360 to cable and then play it on your PC through a video encoder?
What you need to do this is a RF Modulator (first link below)..
I don't think it is going to work very well though because all of this remodulation and decoding will introduce a slight lag into your signal.. and jumping a couple of seconds late all the time is not going to work very well..
Adaptec makes a product called GameBridge (second link) which is built for what you want.. it is supposed to play without lag..
